Meet Pam and Gemma.
We first met over five years ago working together on the ward, and from day one we realised we shared the same standards, the same work ethic, the same attention to detail and the same approach to patient care. Pam opened the clinic in 2024 to create something different from the typical clinic experience: somewhere calm and welcoming, where patients feel genuinely looked after and never rushed. When Gemma joined in 2025 it made complete sense, because we already worked so naturally together and shared the same vision. We are committed to evidence-based treatments, ongoing training and natural, balanced results that help people feel like the best version of themselves.

Dr Pam Rhead
Aesthetic Doctor & Founder
Dr Pam Rhead (MBChB, MD) graduated in 2017 before moving from Spain to Northern Ireland, where she has worked in the NHS ever since alongside building her aesthetics career. She has worked across a range of medical and surgical specialties, and for the past five years as a Specialty Doctor. Pam loves combining medical knowledge with a natural, balanced approach to treatment. One of her favourite treatments is dermal filler, used subtly to restore balance, structure and softness without ever looking overdone. Her focus is always on results that feel fresh, elegant and tailored to each individual patient.
Nurse Gemma Jones
Registered Nurse & Independent Prescriber
Nurse Gemma Jones has been a Registered Nurse since 2015 and became an Independent Prescriber in 2025. She began her career on a surgical ward before progressing into a Specialist Nurse role, gaining years of experience caring for patients in both acute and specialist settings. Within aesthetics, Gemma's passion is improving overall complexion, texture and confidence through treatments that work from within. She loves helping patients achieve healthy, glowing results in a natural, realistic way, with a strong focus on long-term care, skincare and personalised treatment plans.

Our priority is doing aesthetic medicine properly, with time, care and intention. We don't believe in 'treat and go'. We listen, take our time, and treat every patient as an individual, not a customer. How you're treated matters just as much as the result.
