Terms
Terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all consultations, treatments and online bookings at Dr Rhead Aesthetics. By booking a consultation or treatment, you confirm that you accept these terms.
Last updated 20 May 2026.
1. Who we are
Dr Rhead Aesthetics is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic operated by Dr Pam Rhead, a medical doctor with full registration on the General Medical Council (GMC) register. The clinic is based at Inn Road, Dollingstown, Craigavon, BT66 7JN.
2. Consultations
New patient consultations are £20, payable at the point of booking. Deducted from final treatment price. If you choose not to proceed with treatment after consultation, the £20 is retained to cover the time of the appointment.
A consultation will take place prior to any prescription-only treatment (anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, prescription weight loss, prescription skincare), and before certain other treatments at our discretion. It can be carried out during the same appointment as your treatment, or on a separate occasion.
3. Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made through our online booking system. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a booking confirmation email. Please review the date, time and treatment details on receipt. Deposit terms, where applicable, are shown at the point of booking and form part of these terms.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- More than 48 hours' notice: full refund of any deposit, or rebooking without charge.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: deposit retained (or 50% of treatment cost if no deposit was taken).
- No-shows: 100% of treatment cost may be charged.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Get in touch as soon as you can and we will do what is reasonable.
5. Suitability and clinical discretion
Every treatment is subject to a clinical suitability check during consultation. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment plan where, in Dr Rhead's clinical judgement, treatment is not appropriate or not in your best interests. Please disclose all relevant medical history, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and previous aesthetic treatments at consultation.
6. Results and aftercare
All aesthetic procedures carry individual variability in outcome. While we work to deliver the planned result, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Following aftercare instructions is essential. Top-up or correction treatments, where appropriate, are discussed at follow-up.
7. Payments
We accept Cash, Bank transfer, Credit & debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay and Klarna (spread the cost). Full payment is taken at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Klarna pay-in-3 or pay-later options are subject to Klarna's own terms and credit decisioning, and are not a credit decision by the clinic.
8. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for treatments that have already been administered, as these are bespoke services performed at your request. If you are unhappy with an outcome, please contact us so we can discuss whether a correction, top-up or further consultation is appropriate. Refunds for cancelled appointments follow the cancellation terms above.
9. Photography and consent
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment to support your clinical record. These are kept securely and are not shared without your separate written consent. Any use of your photographs on the clinic website or social media is always optional and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
10. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. They are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost.
11. Complaints
If you have a concern about your treatment, please contact us directly at drrheadaesthetics@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to respond substantively within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may also raise concerns with the General Medical Council (gmc-uk.org) or the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (jccp.org.uk).
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any treatment is limited to the price you paid for that treatment. We hold full aesthetic, medical and medico-legal insurance.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy notice.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your treatment is the version published at the time of booking. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
