These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients receiving treatments or purchasing services, products, or gift cards from Dr. Rhead Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or attending the clinic, you agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments & Deposits
- Most treatments require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given prior to the original appointment time.
- If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure any future booking.
- Deposits and any payments made online are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of treatment.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made more than 72 hours before your appointment.
- Failure to attend an appointment or late cancellation (within 72 hours) will result in loss of the deposit.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings at the clinic’s discretion.
3. Consultations & Medical Assessment
- Treatments that are medical, prescription-only, or higher risk require a consultation and medical assessment prior to treatment, which may take place on the same day or in advance.
- As a doctor-led clinic, treatment suitability is determined by the prescribing doctor based on clinical judgement, safety, and current regulatory guidance.
- The clinic reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, even if a deposit has been paid. In such cases, the deposit may be transferred to an alternative suitable treatment or consultation, or refunded.
4. Treatment Outcomes & Expectations
- Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- The clinic does not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes.
- Pre- and post-treatment instructions must be followed carefully; failure to do so may affect results and increase the risk of complications.

5. Adverse Events & Aftercare
- All treatments carry risks, which will be explained during consultation.
- Clients must disclose full and accurate medical history, medications, allergies, and previous aesthetic treatments.
- The clinic is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or treatments performed elsewhere.
- Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed.
- Concerns following treatment should be reported to the clinic promptly.
6. Payments & Pricing
- Full payment for treatment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Deposits and online payments are deducted from the final treatment price.
- Refunds are not provided for treatments already administered.

- Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
