Who will carry out my treatment?
All treatments are performed by Dr. Pam Rhead, MBChB, MD, or by an experienced registered nurse prescriber with over 15 years of clinical experience. Every procedure is delivered safely, professionally, and under medical supervision — so you’re always in expert hands.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
While not always required, many clients choose to begin with a consultation to discuss their goals and treatment options. It’s a relaxed opportunity to ask questions and receive honest, professional guidance tailored to you.
Please note that certain treatments, such as elective lip filler dissolving or medical weight loss will require a compulsory consultation.
What can I expect during my visit?
You’ll be welcomed into a calm, comfortable space where you can talk openly about what you’d like to achieve. Treatments are never rushed — everything is explained clearly, and you’ll always know what to expect at each step.
